Join us in building the future of health marketing.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Director, Health Audience Sciences to inform Acxiom Health Product in developing data-driven solutions for life sciences focused programmatic advertising and social media. Reporting to the Senior Director Acxiom Health / Head of Health Product, this role is crucial in curating precise health awareness audiences, conducting industry research, providing strategic insights to product development, as well as working with our internal and external client base.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Informing Product Prototyping and Methodologies:</p> <ul> <li> <p>The Director of Health Audience Sciences, will lead advanced client solutioning and strategic prototyping to accelerate innovation in population health targeting, pharmaceutical drug launch support, and audience measurement. This role focuses on shaping and validating product concepts, defining reusable audience frameworks, and translating high-level strategic objectives into structured, scalable product constructs.</p> </li><li> <p>Connecting between market needs, product vision, and technical enablement, this role is positioned to ensuring that audience solutions are clinically meaningful, commercially relevant, and aligned with the broader product roadmap.</p> </li></ul> <p>Audience Development:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Leverage expertise in health, biopharma and consumer advanced data analytics and modeling concepts, longitudinal health data and coding to build and refine healthcare audiences and segmentations for programmatic advertising and social media marketing.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze and segment longitudinal healthcare provider and HIPAA compliant patient's health claims data to optimize targeted engagement strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and test data monetization approaches, focusing on value creation and unlocking demand in patient and provider outreach, support of new therapy launches and media optimization.</p> </li></ul> <p>Audience Portfolio Management:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and analyze the growing audience portfolio to derive insights on performance and support product teams in maintaining product catalogs.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct deep-dive analyses of model results, propose testing opportunities, and develop optimization recommendations on campaigns to achieve client and internal KPIs and benchmarks.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess measurement and media strategies to understand their impact on audience performance in campaigns.</p> </li><li> <p>Support methodology reviews and assessments, with the goal for opportunity identification and improvement.</p> </li></ul> <p>Data Analysis & Insights Generation:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work with internal datasets and publicly available sources, to derive meaningful insights for client marketing strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize findings and recommendations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work closely with marketing, data science, and sales teams to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Support client presentations and internal meetings with data-driven insights and reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Support product lead / head in translating high level conceptual frameworks into methodologically sound steps and working with Data Science and product team to plan and prioritize.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>8+ years of experience in advanced healthcare analytics, methodology, audience design, population health solutions, preferably within pharma, life sciences, or health tech.</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of healthcare data types (e.g., claims, EHR, lab) and their application in audience segmentation, activation, and performance measurement.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced quantitative skillset with deep expertise in media measurement, health audience segmentation, and outcome-based performance frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimentation design, and machine learning applications in health data, with the ability to guide and evaluate DS/ML approaches.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to develop product frameworks and POCs, translating strategic objectives into scalable solutions across targeting, measurement, and product lifecycle stages.</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree, or bachelor's degree plus equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Biostatistics, Econometrics, Economics, Finance, Epidemiology, Life Sciences or Public Health.</p> </li><li> <p>8+ years advanced analytics and data experience in healthcare systems, health-tech or pharmaceutical industry, combined with background in digital marketing, consumer behavior or ad-tech. Agency experience is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Google Analytics / Big Query, Looker / Supersets / Tableau, Power BI, or similar).</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding and command of ML, data exploration, data mining, statistical modeling and AI techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Statistical and hypothesis testing, including working knowledge of applications in media or health is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of R and / or Python is highly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with digital advertisement measurement (including pharmaceutical advertisement) is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility to work constructively with shifting priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Solid task and team project management skills.</p> </li><li></li><li> <p>Position not eligible for sponsorship.</p> </li></ul> <p>#GD17</p> <p>Salary: $146,500 - $190,500.
