We are builders at heart, working to ensure the built environment has a lasting positive impact.</p> <p>Let's Redefine Possible</p> <p>Project Name: Carpenter Wind Project</p> <p>Project Location: Remington, IN 47977</p> <p>PPRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION</p> <p>Responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.</p> <p>SUMMARY OF EXPECTED OUTCOMES</p> <ul> <li>High quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior </li><li>Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals, and accountabilities of the position </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Loading and unloading equipment </li><li>Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging </li><li>Level ground for scaffolding </li><li>Tend mortar and grout </li><li>Lift, unload, move, set, shovel mortar and grout between wheel barrows and buckets </li><li>General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris </li><li>Placing, pushing, pulling and shoveling concrete </li><li>Vibrating concrete </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work with tools and equipment such as, power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills and jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggy's </li><li>Strong teamwork orientation </li><li>Positive attitude and professional customer service skills </li><li>Detail oriented </li><li>Open to change based on diverse input and feedback </li><li>Effectively work with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels </li><li>Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills </li><li>Strong cross-cultural relationship building and influencing at all organizational levels </li><li>Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements </li><li>Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs </li><li>Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment </li></ul> <p>This position description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
