In this role, you'll work alongside our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Operations team to keep projects running smoothly-all while following best-in-class safety practices and creating a 5-star experience for our customers. Key Role Accountabilities:</p> <p>Assist the local Master Plumber with emergency response, service calls, and job site inspections during normal business hours. Support installation quality by conducting on-site inspections, reviewing permits, and completing pre-installation assessments Partner with Installation Managers and Master Plumber to help train and develop Installation teams Stay up to date on plumbing codes, industry advancements, and company installation processes to support team success Complete ongoing training, maintain license reporting, and perform additional duties to ensure smooth branch operations</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>The approximate hourly for this position is $40.00-50.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
