Primary Purpose PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Perform functions in support of the maintenance of Supply programs; design and implementation of Supply management meetings; support the Supply liaison with filling BSC and business unit requests for information and standard reporting requirements; support data analysis, business case development and implementation of special projects. Note: This is an onsite position - employees are required to be in office for all scheduled shifts. This position must sit out of our Oakbrook Terrace -IL, Kennett Square - PA, Philadelphia - PA, Baltimore - MD or Washington - DC office. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Primary Duties PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Perform functions in support of the implementation of BSC-wide initiatives, and provide updates for required monthly/quarterly reports Assist in coordinating annual Business Plan updates, Business Continuity Plan, SOX control testing, voucher review analysis and benchmarking efforts Support Supply's Management Model program and Supplier Code of Conduct Support the Business Units' Records Management program Assist in coordinating monthly Supply Management Review Meetings (MRM) and leadership decks-coordinate presentation materials, facilitate meetings, and track follow-up action items Assist in gathering and analyzing data in support of special projects and initiatives through research, and preparation of reports/presentations Job Scope JOB SCOPE Perform functions in support of work needed to implement Supply programs, management meetings and assigned projects. The position may interact with managers and staff within and external to the Supply organization. Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field with 2 years of experience. In lieu of degree, High School diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience Strong PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Pivot Tables) Good Communication (verbal, written) skills.
