Related fields may include direct support such as case management, residential support, developmentally disabled support, vocational rehabilitation, and more. Four years of qualifying experience minimum or a combination of education and experience equaling four years required.</p> <p>OR....</p> <p>Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) - CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CCDP-D</p> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle. </li><li>Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age to operate a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van. </li><li>Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. </li><li>Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check. </li><li>Completion of New Hire Orientation and all required training. </li><li>Must have reliable transportation to transport clients in personal vehicle. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects. Requires repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and writing. Primarily sitting, with occasional walking or standing.
