Accrue time off weekly! </li><li>Paid Wellness Days! </li><li>Paid Holidays: We offer 6 company paid holidays. </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in cabinet sales and design or minimum of 5 years sales experience plus managerial experience in similar construction/home improvement retail environment. </li><li>1-3 years direct Sales Management experience preferred, preferably in a commission based and/or goal-oriented environment. </li><li>Capability of Inventory Control </li><li>Experience working in a retail setting. </li></ul> <p>Overall Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Driving sales, customer service, and inventory control. </li><li>Selling kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, counter tops, flooring products, and installation services. </li><li>Leading associates to drive sales while providing overall customer satisfaction. </li><li>Building, training, managing, and motivating a sales team to achieve goals, ensure efficiency, and provide superior customer service. </li><li>Maintaining a neat, clean, and inviting showroom and warehouse. </li><li>Performing product demonstrations. </li><li>Designing kitchen layouts using computer-aided drafting software (2020). </li><li>Managing the loading or offloading of product (will vary from store to store). </li></ul>
