<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a temporary Bookkeeper/AP&AR Specialist (2-3+ months) in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). This role is onsite in Central West Saint Louis.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Bookkeeper will process all Advancement and Province deposits </li><li>Process all A/AP vendor invoices, check requests, and payment requests </li><li>Process all A/P check payments and EFT/ACH payments </li><li>Process all credit requests </li><li>Maintain and update Vendor master data in ERP </li><li>As a Bookkeeper, you will ensure complete and accurate check request s are processed for Corporate credit cards </li><li>Update monthly schedule of Social Security deposits received per Jesuit; Maintain department files for A/P vendors, W-9s, employees, student loans and annuitants </li><li>Perform A/P Batch recoveries and check/tarnation voids as needed </li><li>Process timely student loan payments and maintain schedule of loans to be paid </li><li>Maintain employee scheduled of acc rued PTO & vacation </li><li>Respond to internal and external requests, as needed* 3 years of experience required </li><li>Skill in operating basic office equipment and supplied </li><li>Must have attention to detail </li><li>Must be creative, flexible, results oriented self- starter </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively orally, verbally, and written with other members of the Province and with various business contacts </li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment </li></ul>
