<p>Position: Treatment Center Manager</p> <p>Job Summary: The Treatment Center Manager is responsible for the day-to-day and overall management of assigned facilities, including operations, staff, patient care, regulatory compliance and financial performance. This combines clinical management with administrative leadership to ensure high-quality, client/patient-centered care is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.</p> <p>Reports to: Regional Director of Operations</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p> <p>Leadership & Staff Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including counselors, case management, peer support staff, medical providers, and administrative personnel. </li><li>Recruit, train, develop, and retain clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. </li><li>Lead regular staff meetings, manage staff schedules, performance reviews, and professional development efforts to build a strong and cohesive team. </li></ul> <p>Treatment Center Operations</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations including clinical programming, admissions, staff supervision, and facility management. </li><li>Track, monitor and hold staff accountable to consistent implementation of treatment plans, group schedules, and evidence-based practices in accordance with licensing standards and internal protocols. </li><li>Monitor census by tracking client admissions, discharges, and transitions in coordination with intake teams and referral partners </li><li>Collaborate with other leaders to ensure services meet client needs and align with trauma-informed, culturally competent care models. </li><li>Conduct (or respond to findings) regular audits of documentation, case notes, and billing practices to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards. </li></ul> <p>Community Relations</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, representing Lighthouse at community meetings, events, and professional forums. </li><li>Oversee and manage court dockets related to clients involved in criminal justice or diversion programs. Serve as a liaison between the clinic, courts, probation officers, and clients to ensure timely communication, compliance, and appropriate documentation. </li><li>Support RDO in managing contracts and maintaining relationships with special boards (e.g., ADAMH boards, local government entities). </li></ul> <p>Financial & Facility Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Manage center budgets, inventory, and expenses. </li><li>Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as productivity, patient outcomes, treatment plan adherence, staffing ratios, and treatment quality. </li><li>Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained. </li><li>Ensure facility operations meet health and safety standards and manage incident reporting and follow-up procedures. </li><li>Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g. CARF, CLIA, CMS, HIPAA, OSHA). </li></ul> <p>Patient/Client Relations</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the point of contact for patient concerns or escalations. </li><li>Monitor client satisfaction and engagement; respond to feedback and concerns in a timely, professional manner. </li><li>Promote a culture of patient safety and satisfaction through continuous improvement of the client/patient experience. </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Prepare for and participate in audits, inspections, and surveys. </li><li>Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in electronic health record (EHR) systems </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time, on-site role with evening or weekend coverage as needed. </li><li>If assigned to multiple facilities, regular travel between sites is expected. This role is based in Newark, however, will also serve our Lancaster and Zanesville offices. </li><li>May require occasional crisis response or after-hours availability. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required. </li><li>Minimum 3-5 years healthcare or supervisory experience, with SUD treatment, behavioral health experience preferred </li><li>Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance </li><li>Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen </li></ul> <p>Desired Experience/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>State-recognized SUD counselor certification or licensure (may be required depending on State) </li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. </li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and electronic health records (EHR) </li></ul>
