They will also personally perform custodial duties of the crew.</p> <p>Required Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, or year for year experience substitution. Three years of custodial and/or floor care experience, including one year performing in a supervisory capacity. Florida driver license.</p> <p>Required skills:</p> <p>Knowledge of and ability to use safe work practices including OSHA regulations, as they relate to the position; proper use of personal protective equipment when using cleaning chemicals and equipment; safe operation of the tools and equipment used in custodial duties. Ability to provide leadership, direction and instruction to other custodial personnel as required.
