<p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee change controls, system upgrades, enhancements, and daily SAP S/4HANA operations. </li><li>Provide implementation and ongoing support for SAP S/4HANA ERP. </li><li>Lead weekly Sustainment support team meetings and act as liaison between user groups and support. </li><li>Provide Hypercare support during production transitions. </li><li>Lead business project management for SAP S/4HANA. </li><li>Communicate system operations clearly with SAP users. </li><li>Develop business requirements for MRP systems with functional/user input. </li><li>Conduct end-user training and create/update user process blueprints and flow diagrams. </li><li>Manage day-to-day functionality of supply chain business systems. </li><li>Develop metrics via data mining to track SAP master and transaction data. </li><li>Generate reports for management and user groups. </li><li>Maintain lean methodology in system/process execution. </li><li>Handle change controls, CAPA, UATs with Beam IT and service providers. </li><li>Lead SAP integration efforts across Cell and Gene Therapy businesses and sites. </li><li>Implement SAP tracking system for issue management and remediation tracking. </li><li>Audit system records for data standardization. </li><li>Coordinate SAP training programs. </li><li>Optimize SAP S/4HANA processes. </li><li>Create and modify New Material Master Data. </li><li>Guide users on SAP ERP processes and functionality. </li><li>Foster a collaborative team environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, genomics, bioinformatics, or a closely related field.</p> <p>Experience: Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including data-driven decision-making and supply chain optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Inventory and warehouse management using SAP S/4HANA ERP.</p> </li><li> <p>Data warehousing, analysis, and statistical data mining using one of the following Business Intelligence tools:</p> </li><li> <p>Power BI</p> </li><li> <p>Tableau</p> </li><li> <p>MS Visio</p> </li><li> <p>Data and information management across systems using governance and integration frameworks.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Information:</p> <ul> <li>Permanent, full-time, immediately available, job opportunity; </li><li>Does not require travel; </li><li>Not permitted to telecommute, i.e., cannot exclusively work remotely from home; </li><li>Must live in the City of Durham, or within a reasonable, daily commuting distance thereof (e.g., areas contemplated can include the City of Raleigh, the larger Greater Raleigh-Durham region, or Wake Forest and Chapel Hill communities); </li><li>Is not a supervisory capacity over other people; does not manage other personnel; is a hands-on individual contributor; does not have subordinate, direct reports. </li></ul>
