<p>Overview</p> <p>Parts Authority, founded in 1973, is a leading national distributor of automotive replacement parts, tools/equipment and transmissions. Headquartered in Long Island, New York, Parts Authority is rapidly expanding, and today has more than 300 locations servicing customers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC and Wisconsin.</p> <p>Territory Sales Manager - Collision / Auto Body/Paint Parts (Individual Contributor)</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a highly driven, self sufficient Territory Sales Manager to grow our collision and auto body parts segment. This role is focused specifically on paint, body, and collision-related components including bumper assemblies, brackets, panels, and associated collision parts not traditional mechanical categories like brakes or rotors.</p> <p>This is a true individual contributor role designed for a hunter: someone who thrives independently, owns their territory, and builds revenue through direct relationships with collision centers, body shops, and repair networks.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and expand business within collision centers, body shops, MSOs, and dealership body departments </li><li>Drive sales of collision parts including: </li><li>Bumper assemblies </li><li>Body panels and structural components </li><li>Mounting brackets and hardware </li><li>Paint-related and refinish components </li><li>Identify and win new business through cold outreach, in person visits, and relationship building </li><li>Manage a personal book of business with full ownership of pipeline and revenue growth </li><li>Act as a subject matter expert in OEM collision parts vs aftermarket alternatives </li><li>Partner with internal teams (supply chain, operations) as needed-but operate independently in the field </li><li>Analyze market opportunities and competitor positioning within the collision space </li><li>Consistently meet or exceed sales targets </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of sales experience within collision, auto body, or OEM parts distribution </li><li>Strong knowledge of paint & body categories (not general mechanical parts) </li><li>Existing relationships within collision centers or MSOs is highly preferred </li><li>Proven track record of generating new business independently </li><li>Comfortable working in a highly autonomous, self-directed environment </li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills </li><li>Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory </li></ul> <p>Some of the benefits of being a part of our growing Parts Authority family:</p> <ul> <li>Medical Coverage </li><li>Pharmacy Coverage </li><li>Dental Coverage </li><li>Vision Coverage </li><li>Basic Life and AD&D </li><li>Short Term Disability Coverage </li><li>Voluntary Short Term Disability Coverage </li><li>Voluntary Long Term Disability Coverage </li><li>Flexible Spending Account </li><li>Commuter Expense Reimbursement Account </li><li>Health Savings Account </li><li>Health Reimbursement Account </li><li>Accident Insurance </li><li>Critical Illness Insurance </li><li>Hospital Indemnity Insurance </li><li>ID Theft Insurance </li><li>Legal Plan Insurance </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Paid Holidays, Sick and Vacation </li><li>Profit Sharing/401 (k) Plan </li><li>Employee Discounts on Merchandise </li></ul> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
