<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for oversight and management of financial reporting and analysis, in support of strategic decision making. Generally, you will support a Regional Finance Director, and the Trucordia office partners in a specific geographic region(s). You will collaborate with the Accounting team and other shared service leaders, to report accurate and timely reporting on a monthly basis. The right candidate demonstrates effective communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage Junior Financial Analyst(s) </li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results, understanding key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating/presenting key messages to senior management </li><li>Support company planning processes for all corporate short and long-term forecasts for all financial statements, primarily for the Income Statement </li><li>Collaborate across the organization to drive process and systematic improvements that will drive increased productivity and accuracy. </li><li>Build and maintain relevant KPI dashboards </li><li>Contribute to the creation of a detailed operating plan and long-term corporate financial model; track ongoing changes to the business in the rolling forecast </li><li>Support Finance leadership team on annual operating plan, quarterly/monthly forecasting </li><li>Effectively communicate with various offices across region </li><li>Ad-hoc analysis as required </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics </li><li>3 - 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A roles </li><li>Analytical, accurate, detail-oriented, and a self-starter able to meet deadlines and work successfully in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills </li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required </li><li>Experience with Financial and Reporting systems such as NetSuite and Adaptive preferred </li><li>Insurance Industry experience preferred but not required </li><li>Excellent and clear communication skills </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>AD&D </li><li>FSA / HSA </li><li>Commuter & Child Care FSA </li><li>Cancer Support Benefits </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>Accident & Critical Illness </li><li>Hospital Indemnity </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>11 Paid Holidays </li><li>Flexible PTO </li><li>401K </li></ul> <p>Location:Onsite 2745 W 600 N Lindon, Utah 84042</p>
