<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provides climate for staff in which they can seek feedback, voice concerns or receive information. </li><li>Counsels staff and takes appropriate actions. </li><li>Keeps administration informed of activities and problems. </li><li>Acts as a liaison with medical staff to coordinate patient care. </li><li>Serves as a clinical resource to staff, other hospital areas, students and families. </li><li>Supervises multi-position employees in order to contribute to the overall goals of the hospital. </li><li>Maintains a safe, clean and organized environment for staff and patients. </li><li>Initiates exposure management as directed/indicated by employee/occupational health. </li><li>Updates BARTT system as required by state. </li><li>Completes required calls/documentation of patient deaths </li><li>Maintains interpreter log.
