We got to the top by empowering our team members to do what's right for our customers, while providing state-of-the-art equipment and growth opportunities for those that aspire to do more!</p> <p>We're looking for candidates that exhibit a strong work ethic, dependability and who also believe in our company values.</p> <p>Why Should you Apply at MEC?</p> <ul> <li>4 - 10 hour Shifts, M-Th (OT available) </li><li>Competitive Wages </li><li>Quarterly Bonuses </li><li>State of the art equipment/machines </li><li>401K Match </li><li>On Site Health Center </li><li>Benefits starting after only 30 days </li><li>Continuous Learning Opportunities </li><li>Paid skilled trades boot camps </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>What you will be doing as a ROBOTIC WELDER:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for product quality, workmanship and process applications consistent with the company's manufacturing objectives. </li><li>Follows safety guidelines and monitors use of safety devices, equipment, departmental housekeeping, and maintain constant alert for hazardous conditions. </li><li>Maintain conformance with Company work rules and regulations. </li><li>Trained and certified for all welding operations, methods and processes. </li><li>Operational and Setup knowledge of automated and robotic weld cells. </li><li>Operational and Setup knowledge of resistance welders. </li><li>Knowledgeable on Welding Specification requirements, print reading, and weld evaluation techniques. </li><li>Weld process, automated fixture and machine trouble shooting skills. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What it takes to be a ROBOTIC WELDER with MEC:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one year related experience and/or training is preferred. </li><li>Ability to train and work with others (Team Concept). </li><li>Ability to do basic math </li><li>Be able to lift and move 50 pounds </li><li>Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. </li><li>Displays ethical behavior and acts with integrity </li><li>Reliability </li></ul>
