Join us today and bring your individuality along!</p> <p>As a Vitality Living LPN Charge Nurse, you will impact lives as you:</p> <ul> <li>Administer or assist residents to self-administering medications and treatments </li><li>Collect, store, and ensure the transport of certain specimens for laboratory studies </li><li>Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms </li><li>Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts </li><li>Assist in the development and revision of service plans.
