<p>We offer a comprehensive Benefit package to Full Time Employees:</p> <ul> <li>PTO </li><li>401-k with Company Match </li><li>Health Insurances </li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li></ul> <p>Client Care Coordinator (Scheduler) Job Description Summary</p> <p>The Client Care Coordinator/Scheduler has the primary responsibility of developing and maintaining an "employee work schedule" that satisfies the needs of the client/family, is fair to all employees, follows scheduling policies and procedures and meets the Agency's goals and objectives.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensures that qualified employees are scheduled for all client visits. </li><li>Prepares the schedules for the Agency for employees and clients. </li><li>Assures applicable visit types in scheduling system. </li><li>Makes adjustments to the existing schedules as needed on a daily basis. </li><li>Reviews client need and employee availability on an ongoing basis. </li><li>Communicates with employees and client/families to obtain the most favorable and economically sound schedule. </li><li>May be responsible for completion of weekly report and other assigned reports. </li><li>Tracks employee attendance. </li><li>May assist in the selection of aides and caregivers, completing proper personnel file paperwork, and setting up an orientation schedule for new employees and assisting with the new hire process. </li><li>Consistent follow-up with staff regarding their schedule. </li><li>Participates in appropriate continuing education as may be required. </li><li>Functions as a backup to other office positions (Intake, Data Entry, Medical Records). </li><li>Performs other office duties as assigned. </li><li>Complies with Agency's policies and procedures. </li><li>Assists with answering telephone lines promptly and efficiently. </li><li>Special projects and other related duties as assigned by the Administrator. </li><li>May participate in on-call scheduling. </li><li>Maintains HR files for field staff and handles new hire process. </li></ul> <p>The above statements are only meant to be a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
