Thank you for being a part of the Glockner family!</p> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>Weekly Pay ($18 - $25 based on experience) </li><li>Monday through Friday </li><li>Fulltime hours 8-5 </li><li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance available, plus ancillaries </li><li>Paid vacation and paid holidays </li><li>Short-term disability </li><li>401K plus Match </li><li>Our on-staff Nurse Practitioner is available 24/7 to answer your health questions and keep you in great health. </li><li>Employee discounts on parts, services, and vehicle purchases Paid training and continuing education </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the full estimating and repair process ensuring quality repairs are made Write concise and accurate estimates. </li><li>Coordinate all check-ins and deliveries. </li><li>Review process with customer. </li><li>Complete all repair orders and obtain proper authorization. </li><li>Provide complete and correct listing of all necessary parts for ordering related to a repair. </li><li>Check-in vehicle upon drop off from customer. </li><li>Prepare and ensure completion of proper paperwork for customer packet. Provide communication including all vehicle repair statuses. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Document all communication with customers in the system. </li><li>Total loss administration. </li><li>Perform final quality check on finished vehicles. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li><li>Strong auto collision industry experience required </li><li>Must have demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills. </li><li>Able to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. </li><li>Able to communicate effectively both in-person, orally and through written correspondence and presentation with candidates, employees, managers and leadership. </li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity. </li></ul>
