This temporary, stipend-based role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with students and supporting the logistical needs of a busy production environment. Three positions are available.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support rehearsals that involve large numbers of students, following direction from the Production Manager. </li><li>Assist with student management during transitions, scene changes, and backstage moments. </li><li>Monitor and guide students between scenes to ensure safety, readiness, and smooth operations. </li><li>Work all scheduled tech week rehearsals and all performance days (required). </li><li>Support the production team with student-related needs during both rehearsals and performances. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager or production team. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with children or student groups in educational or extracurricular settings. </li><li>Ability to remain organized, attentive, and calm in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills. </li><li>Reliable, punctual, and comfortable supervising groups of students. </li><li>Prior theatre or production experience is helpful but not required. </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Stipend: $800 per position (three positions available).</p> <p>How to Apply</p> <p>Please complete the application process and submit a résumé and brief cover letter expressing your interest and relevant experience.</p>
