Performs all duties within the objectives, standards and policies of Willis Automotive.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, performing tune-ups, checking fluid levels and rotating tires; replace or repair worn parts, including brake pads and wheel bearings using common hand tools. </li><li>Disassemble and reassemble parts </li><li>Complete all associated records and reports timely and accurately </li></ul> <p>What we need from you:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary training program preferred </li><li>ASE certification preferred </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to be insured </li><li>Working knowledge of proper use of hand tools </li><li>Intermediate customer-service skills </li><li>Ability to demonstrate above-average mechanical and troubleshooting skills </li></ul>
