<p>Work From Home</p> <p>Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544</p> <p>The Coder IV Specialist- Professional Specialty Services- Surgical reviews electronic medical record documentation and applies ICD and CPT codes per Official Coding Guidelines, with a specific focus on professional major surgical services.
