<p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Carries out assignments on projects under the leadership of the Facilities Coordinator and Department Head. Oversees any Mechanical/Plumbing involved in construction projects.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>Education, Experience, and License/Registration/Certifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10 years of experience, or </li><li>Associates Degree in Plumbing, Welding, HVAC, Mechanical, Hydronics, Electrical or Mechatronics with 5 years of experience, or </li><li>High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 5 years of experience and a state license in mechanical/plumbing or HVAC, or </li><li>Certificate in Plumbing, Welding, HVAC, Mechanical, Hydronics, Electrical or Mechatronics with 5 years of experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Requirements</p> <p>Preferred Education</p> <ul> <li>Associate Degree or Equivalent Training </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Two to Ten Years Experience </li><li>One Year Supervisory or Lead Man Experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred License/Registration/Certifications</p> <ul> <li>N/A </li></ul> <p>Core Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Repair plumbing fixtures </li><li>Able to run sewer cleaning equipment </li><li>Replace bearings, belts and motors </li><li>Repair or replace oxygen, med air and vacuum outlets </li><li>Work on steam piping and equipment </li><li>Run new water lines and repair piping </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul>
