<p>The Coordinator of Instant Products supports the day-to-day execution and administration of Instant Product operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate reporting, ensuring consistency in processes and documentation, tracking initiatives and timelines, and coordinating communication across teams.</p> <p>The Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects organized and on track by monitoring progress, following up on action items, and preparing data and materials to support performance analysis. This role also ensures data accuracy and translates insights into actionable takeaways to support operational initiatives.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <p>Reporting & Data Management</p> <ul> <li>Compile and validate regular performance data for instant products </li><li>Maintain current KPI trackers and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and consistency </li><li>Clean, organize, validate data prior to reporting </li><li>Prepare draft summaries and reporting materials for review </li><li>Analyze data trends to create actionable takeaways </li></ul> <p>Operational Coordination & Tracking</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update trackers for instant product initiatives across sites </li><li>Monitor timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure initiatives stay on track </li><li>Proactively follow up with site teams and stakeholders for updates and status changes </li><li>Identify and escalate delays, risks, or gaps in execution </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Process Management</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update standard operating procedures and process documentation </li><li>Ensure consistency in documentation across sites </li><li>Organize and manage shared files, trackers, and resources </li><li>Document process updates and improvements as directed </li><li>Maintain and keep all site general information up to date (vendors, pallets, services, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Meeting & Communication support</p> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing meeting agendas and materials </li><li>Document meeting notes, decisions and action items </li><li>Track follow ups to support ensuring completion </li></ul>
