At Naveo, it's your journey.</p> <p>About the role:</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Input new loans from Encompass into loan service systems, establishes complete digital and physical files and accurate records. </li><li>Maintains current and accurate daily loan reports (loan maintenance and payoff reports) from COCC Synergy. </li><li>Responds to member inquiries, resolves problems, and escalates any problem or concerns to management. </li><li>Handles Automated Credit Dispute Verifications (ACDV) in compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) responses through E-Oscar system. </li><li>Acts as liaison between Collateral Protection Provider and CU to ensure proper insurance coverage as required. </li><li>Ensure timely follow-up of lien perfection at Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) or Registry of Deeds using Vintek. </li><li>Processes Consumer, Mortgage and Commercial paid loans and the release of all documents. </li><li>Maintain vendor relationships and reporting for State National vendor. </li><li>Processes escrow disbursements (Real Estate Taxes, Insurance, PMI, etc.) </li><li>Reviews real estate delinquency reports and resolves delinquencies. </li><li>Prepares all investor loan and sold participation loan reports monthly. </li><li>Prepares necessary discharge documents in a timely fashion for paid-in-full loans. </li><li>Prepares monthly credit committee reports package such as monthly list of new loans, credit quality, portfolio breakdown, etc. </li><li>Reviews daily reports and daily general ledgers for any discrepancies in loan reporting or loan booking transactions. </li><li>Reviews loan denials and withdrawals for completeness and accuracy to report in the monthly credit committee package. </li><li>Retains a working knowledge of all credit union services and support tools relative to the lending area. </li></ul> <p>Our ideal candidate looks like:</p> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training. </li><li>Excel/PowerPoint proficient. </li><li>Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills preferred. </li></ul> <p>Compensation disclosure:</p> <p>Pay within the range posted will be commensurate with the applicant's experience and qualifications for the role. $21.00 - $25.00/hr.</p> <p>Have some of the above skills or qualifications, but not others?
