<p>The Nursing Analyst Coordinator serves as data support and administrative support to various nursing leaders. The position is responsible for aggregating and analyzing data based on requests from leaders. This position supports various leaders by managing calendars, scheduling meetings as requested by all nursing leaders, prepares, agendas, records minutes and attends meetings as requested. This position serves as support for the electronic scheduling system and the acuity software. This provides support for aspects of payroll, educational activities related to Patient Care Services and Professional Governance Councils.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains the division's administration office and related duties. </li><li>Responsible for aggregating and analyzing data based on requests from leaders. </li><li>Provides administrative support to nurse leaders and Professional Governance council co-chairs. </li><li>Supports the award recognitions and the Professional Governance program as directed. </li><li>Provides administrative support for Team Member functions as needed based on campus location. </li><li>Provides assistance to coordinate department-wide quality improvement activities to comply with DNV and other external agencies reporting requirements to meet Federal, State and third-party regulations/requirements. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>2 years related experience serving as an assistant to leadership roles at the manager level or above, required. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent, required. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Excel/Pivot Tables, Microsoft Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Lotus is required. </li><li>Knoledge of general office equipment. </li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li></ul>
