We are excited to welcome someone who is eager to make a significant impact in our organization.</p> <p>The Solution Architect Senior Manager position requires strong Project Management, Storytelling, Problem Solving and Content Mastery experience within the HR space to deliver in a client facing capacity.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and define project scope and requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops functional and technical specifications to support business and technology transformation projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Creates and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates the implementation of solutions and assist in change management efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizes industry expertise to guide decision-making processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 8 years of experience with Business Case Development / Business Modeling (Managing budgets, costs, P/L, etc)</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 8 years of experience with HR / Recruiting experience (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Performance Achievement, Onboarding / Offboarding, etc)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 8 years of experience with Project Management / Program Management in a client facing capacity</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If You Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficiency in Value Architecture & Realization.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Business Design</p> </li><li> <p>Previous Solution Architecture experience</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with MS Office</p> </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent interpersonal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written communication skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
