<p>Job Summary: Completes general maintenance tasks at Nsight/Cellcom facilities including corporate buildings and retail stores. This includes interior/exterior repairs, landscaping, snow removal, plumbing and minor HVAC/electrical repairs at office building premises and retail stores. Assists with the moving of company vehicles between facilities and deliveries. Provides janitorial assistance as needed. Responsibilities & Duties:</p> <p>Onsite facility support at Nsight and Cellcom office buildings. This includes Nsight Corporate, Nsight 470, Cellcom Stores, LOC, and CFC. Travel to multiple locations to perform maintenance and repairs. This would include all utilized properties of Nsight and Cellcom.</p> <p>Including: Cellcom retail Stores, Glas locations, and all Nsight locations.</p> <p>Perform maintenance and repairs in all parts of a building. This includes interior, exterior, doors, ceilings, walls, utility rooms, roofs, landscaping, office spaces, cubicles, and showrooms. Complete snow removal on sidewalks and walkways at either Nsight buildings in Howard. Responds to emergency maintenance/cleaning requests. This includes office buildings and retail stores. Assists with Glas deliveries to the Cafes. Delivers beans and supplies from the LOC to the roastery. May occasionally assist with cleaning the roasting machine. Moves company vehicles as needed between facilities, assists with transporting general use company vehicles for service appointments. Assists in room set-up for meetings, health screenings, and conferences. Assists in supply deliveries. Provides support to department employees and supply vendors in receiving copier paper, furnishings, and bathroom/lunchroom supplies. Assists in the transporting of supplies, furnishings, etc., from one location to another at all Nsight/Cellcom facilities. Performs additional duties as requested by the Facilities Manager.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>High school education or equivalent experience. Two years of prior maintenance experience in a facility complex or related field. Must have a valid WI driver's license.</p>
