With a very strong momentum in the capital markets and back up from the lending industry, TAT is ready to start growing much faster.</p> <p>The Director of M&A is responsible for leading the company's mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. You will oversee all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from origination and due diligence to negotiation, integration, and post-deal value creation. The role requires strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive growth and shareholder value.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives. </li><li>Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, and valuation modeling to support deal decisions. </li><li>Manage the due diligence process, coordinating internal teams and external advisors (investment banks, legal, accounting). </li><li>Negotiate deal terms, structure transactions, and oversee transaction closing activities. </li><li>Develop integration plans post-acquisition to realize synergies and ensure seamless transition. </li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to identify opportunities and risks. </li><li>Present insights, recommendations, and deal updates to senior management and the Board of Directors. </li><li>Support post-merger integration efforts to maximize value realization. </li><li>Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including advisors, partners, and target companies. </li></ul>
