<p>Overview This position is for a Window and Door Coordinator Trainee and requires no knowledge of windows and doors. You will be trained in the essential functions below. Responsibilities Essential Functions Read and understand construction plans Read and understand window and door specifications Understanding of building specifications related to windows and doors Write and prepare an RFI document Understand current building codes related to windows and doors Utilize window and door quoting software in vinyl, wood, and aluminum programs Utilize Procore software Utilize Planswift Software Provide clear communication in writing and/or verbally with the manager, sales team, contractors, and architects Provide complete, detailed window and door take-offs Estimate and price projects Supervisory Responsibility This position is not a supervisory role. Work Environment Position is based in business office environment. Cubical workspace setup. Physical Demands Ability to meet in offices with sales Team, builders, and architects. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 40-60 hours per week as needed based on workload. Travel As-needed for training, job site visits, and possible manufacture tours.
