Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Epic resource will be responsible to implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Epic skills.</p> </li><li> <p>They have knowledge of the Epic EMR software, operations and workflow, and work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality and Enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Resource is expected to have Epic knowledge and should have prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Resource is expected to be able to work with clinics to identify gaps, provides mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.</p> </li><li> <p>Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.</p> </li><li> <p>Resource should able to troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to the prevailing issues</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years of work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5 years Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Tapestry UM and Claims Epic experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on implementation experience in Tapestry UM and Claims</p> </li><li> <p>Tapestry UM Epic certification required</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of Tapestry workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans scope and timelines</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of client, team members, managers, and vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Epic Ambulatory and Inpatient experience </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
