Authorize applicable repairs. </li><li>Maintain good working relationships within TCA, the dealerships, and customers. </li><li>Operate with integrity. </li><li>Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others. </li><li>Set an example of outstanding attendance, positive attitude, professionalism, including orderly and safe work environment. </li><li>Communicate and resolve customer complaints to appropriate management. </li><li>Perform other projects and tasks requested. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements / Education / Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>3 - 5 yrs previous auto field experience </li><li>Basic math skills </li><li>Strong Clerical skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines and accomplish goals. </li><li>Basic communication skills needs both written and verbal. </li><li>Strong attention to detail. </li><li>Previous use of ADP applications helpful. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>May be required to sit for long periods of time. </li><li>Physical requirements include but are not limited to sitting, standing, visual attention, and occasional lifting. </li><li>Mental requirements include but are not limited to the reading of related material, visual attention, and attention to detail. </li></ul> <p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><em></em></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <p>INDOTHER</p>
