The Marketing Specialist supports High Concrete Group's growth by executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across key client roles including engineers, architects, general contractors and owners. This role is responsible for developing and managing content, coordinating campaigns, supporting sales enablement efforts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach. The Marketing Specialist works closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective lead generation, and alignment with business objectives.</p> <p>This is a 1st shift position in-office position.</p> <p>Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Shape the Brand - Support the development and execution of a compelling brand strategy across key markets. </li><li>Create Sales & Marketing Materials - Develop brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales training tools in collaboration with internal and external partners. Manage marketing-related invoices in SAP. </li><li>Drive Digital & Social Engagement - Manage social media calendars, track performance, and optimize content. Support SEO, PPC, and email campaigns to grow visibility and engagement. </li><li>Capture Photo & Video Content - Take authentic photos and short-form videos for social and digital use across projects, events, and day-to-day activities. </li><li>Support Sales Enablement - Coordinate PCI Award submissions, manage project photography, and handle CEU certificates and AIA course registrations. </li><li>Plan and Execute Events - Lead logistics for trade shows, customer site visits, plant tours, and both in-person and virtual events. Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement activities. </li><li>Leverage Data & Insights - Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI. </li><li>Amplify Customer Stories - Collect and showcase client feedback and success stories to build trust and credibility. </li><li>Promote the interests and favorable image of the High Companies.
