<p>In this position...</p> <p>The Senior Maintenance Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love.</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <ul> <li>Understand and consistently apply standard manufacturing operating systems. </li><li>Validate and bridge operational needs as required to ensure the line is running safely, efficiently, and producing quality parts at rate. </li><li>Cascade communication and provide team recognition. </li><li>Establish and build Team Leader and Team Member capabilities. </li><li>Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks. </li><li>Handle basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents. </li><li>Assign appropriate trades and engineering resources to maintain production equipment for continuous operation. </li><li>Participate in MOS meetings to write and finalize Maximo 4Ds for equipment failures. </li><li>Identify spare parts and preventive maintenance job plans for new equipment, and review effectiveness for existing job plans.
