<p>About the Opportunity</p> <p>The operations team is made up of bright, dynamic collaborators who are motivated and committed to provide customer-service oriented operational excellence at the campus. The operations team has a direct impact on campus environment and culture. Operations Assistants provide quality reception coverage, facilities and administrative operations support, and ensure students and faculty on campus are appropriately set up to conduct in-person and livestream classes. Operations Assistants provide event support and help ensure internal and external constituents are set-up to host events. Additionally, Operations Assistants provide welcoming and prompt service to the variety of Northeastern's community members, prospective students, and on-campus event attendees.</p> <p>These are part-time, non-benefits eligible, temporary positions with 20-25 hours required per week.
