<p>HealthPoint is currently looking for a Dentist to add to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an experienced team of EDDA's and a full-time hygienist in historic Newport, KY. Very easy access to Cincinnati and surrounding communities. Enjoy a 4 day workweek, 240 hours of PTO and paid Holidays.</p> <p>Base Salary Range: Avg. > $250 (Includes Base, Production and Quality bonuses)</p> <ul> <li>Base salary if work 5 days per week at 36 hours to $180,000 </li><li>Base salary if work 4 days per week at 36 hours to $150,000 </li><li>Production bonus stays the same </li></ul> <p>Sign on Bonus: $20,000 Paid out after 90 days of continuous service. Prorated for part time</p> <p>Years of Service Award: Over $5,000 at specific intervals starting at year 2</p> <p>401k Plan: $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 on the $1 for 4th and 5th% for a max match at 4% of your income.
