<p>Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Asset Management Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Gibsonia, PA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform Asset Receipt of new devices for IMAC-D process using customer provided tools; Data provided by ECS, Customer or team via agreed to process </li><li>Perform Asset Receipt scanning for Transition site refresh using customer provided tools; Data provided by ECS, Customer or team via mutually agreed upon process </li><li>Perform Asset updates for IMAC-D process using customer provided tools for MPS managed printers </li><li>Perform Asset Audits and Asset updates of devices under the company agreement as a result of said Audits </li><li>Perform Asset updates for non-company managed devices only in cases where device is replaced by managed device* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective decision-making and problem resolution </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels </li><li>Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments </li><li>Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency </li><li>Excellent critical thinking skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for data analysis and reporting </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptable and resourceful under pressure, with the ability to navigate rapid change </li><li>Proactive and solutions-focused mindset </li><li>Working hours must be in Pacific time zone </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience working in a Project Management role </li><li>Proficient Excel experience </li><li>Experience with Smartsheet preferred </li><li>Experience working with ticketing software, ServiceNow preferred </li><li>Previous work from home experience </li><li>MS Teams and/or Zoom chat/meeting experience </li></ul>
