This includes running low voltage wiring, installing sensors, buttons and switches as needed as well as assembling PLCs to interact with our components. This team member works closely with colleagues in CNC, Fabrication, Finishing and Assembly,</p> <p>Hours & Schedule:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Expected Weekly Hours: 40 - 45</p> </li><li> <p>Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Install and wire various forms of technology into components as they are built</p> </li><li> <p>Follow wiring diagrams and build documents</p> </li><li> <p>Assembling completed components and preparing them for quality control</p> </li><li> <p>Solder PCBs</p> </li><li> <p>Build and Wire MCPs (Main Control Panels)</p> </li><li> <p>Assemble IT / AV Racks</p> </li><li> <p>Setup MacOs and WindowsOS PCs / Laptops</p> </li><li> <p>Sort inbound inventory into the Kanban System</p> </li><li> <p>Red-line documentation during production, identifying any issues</p> </li><li> <p>Updates such as Bill of Materials, Wiring Diagrams, and build docs as discrepancies are identified</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Loves to win.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience with low voltage wiring</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain safe and clean working environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills - written, on the phone, in-person</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds individually</p> </li><li> <p>Able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces for extended periods of time</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and take initiative on various projects</p> </li><li> <p>High integrity and ability to be trusted with confidential & valuable company information</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and build from wire diagrams and schematics</p> </li><li> <p>Computer savvy</p> </li></ul>
