This includes overseeing professional governance, promoting evidence-based practice, and sustaining Magnet recognition. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining programs and infrastructure that foster clinical excellence, safety, quality, and innovation.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Developing and maintaining professional governance structures aligned with organizational goals </li><li>Supporting evidence-based practice, quality improvement, research, and innovation initiatives in collaboration with Nurse Scientists </li><li>Leading efforts to achieve and sustain Magnet designation through strategic planning and system development </li><li>Facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration to improve nursing practice, outcomes, and staff engagement </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Requires a Bachelors of Nursing (BSN). </li><li>Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. </li><li>Masters degree in Nursing preferred.
