The following are a list of the general responsibilities and accountabilities of this position:</p> <ul> <li>Embrace company's culture of quality, service and continuous improvement. </li><li>Analyze and interpret architectural renderings submitted for production. </li><li>Prioritize workflow based on production and delivery route schedules. </li><li>Use of glass production software and CAD. </li><li>Utilize knowledge of production flow and machinery to route glass in factory. </li><li>Assist with answering customer calls regarding status of order. </li><li>Communicate with Operations Manager customer concerns and work toward immediate solution. </li></ul> <p>We are looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent people, communication, and listening skills. </li><li>Strong written, grammar, and verbal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. </li><li>A high level of organizational skills with a strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Outlook, and Excel </li><li>A strong math aptitude </li><li>A dependable, trustworthy, and punctual individual </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00am- 3:00pm)</p> <ul> <li>Equal Opportunity Employer </li><li>This is a drug-free and smoke free facility.
