TAG professionals specialize largely in providing financial and accounting buy-side and sell-side due diligence, global transaction analytics, environmental, social and governance advisory and other related M&A services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, and family office clients around the world.</p> <p>TAG is looking to hire a Director/Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, who will play a key role in shaping the talent strategy and growing our practice. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic recruiting professional with strong knowledge of candidate relationship management, sourcing and employee lifecycle management.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will work with our cross functional people team to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent from diverse backgrounds, while fostering an inclusive environment for all candidates. In addition, this role will play a critical part in shaping the onboarding process to ensure that all new hires feel included, supported, and prepared to succeed in their roles. This position will report to the Managing Director, MD Recruitment and work closely with the Chief Global People Officer.</p> <p>How you will contribute</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with TAG leaders to develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy for experienced hires in alignment with our strategic growth objectives and our inclusive diversity strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with market research, job descriptions, and talent insights that will help the team understand the recruiting market and specialty areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop targeted campaigns to attract passive candidates in niche skill areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify, develop and execute talent identification programs and activities across all experienced levels up through Senior Director to attract and grow a diverse pipeline of talent. Build and expand a diverse pipeline of candidates by leveraging various sourcing techniques and partnerships with various diversity-focused organizations</p> </li><li> <p>Integrates rigor and discipline into every stage of the recruiting lifecycle. Brings hands-on, detail-drive approach from sourcing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the regular review and update of talent acquisition materials across the practice; develop training materials and coach leadership and hiring managers.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and monitor reporting around Talent Acquisition and hiring metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the Talent Management and Learning & Development teams to ensure successful onboarding experience for incoming hires.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of professional experience, of which at least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting, and at least 3 years with a deep focus on developing diverse pipelines of talent. Experience with a management consulting firm and/or financial services firm preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of successfully driving diversity initiatives in recruitment, with measurable outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, inclusive hiring, best practices, and emerging trends.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments while remaining adaptable and resilient.</p> </li><li> <p>Confident in quickly adapting to a changing work environment and the ability to deal with ambiguous situations.</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong data analysis and reporting skills; ability to make data-driven decisions. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type. Click here for more information regarding A&M's benefits programs.</p> <p>The salary range is $150,000 - $225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
