The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Here you can:</p> <p>VERSANT is looking for a Manager, HR Operations Project Services to join their team! The Manager, HR Operations Project Services will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing a portfolio of HR Operations projects. This position requires strong communication, influencing and project management and change management skills. Also important is the ability to establish and maintain key relationships within business and technology groups, as well as interact with diverse stakeholders and partners.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Actively leads an assigned portfolio of projects from start to finish including, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure from an HR Operations perspective </li><li>Defines and maintains project charters, objectives, schedules and scope </li><li>Creates project plans, including project deliverables, activities, dependencies and timelines </li><li>Establishes plans for resourcing and funding projects </li><li>Creates and maintains deployment plans, change management plans, and support plans </li><li>Acts as a liaison between Technology and Business HR </li><li>Facilitates communication between various stakeholders and collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to advise and ensure alignment </li><li>Keeps all stakeholders updated on project status and progress against agreed upon targets </li><li>Directs day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization </li><li>Ensures milestones are successfully met through oversight of project and coordination of resources </li><li>Oversees testing strategy and testing cycles of new systems with the project team </li><li>Manages changes to project scope and develops contingency plans </li><li>Assesses, manages, resolves and escalates (if necessary) risks and issues </li><li>Manages change management and communication plans </li><li>Evaluates established success criteria to determine project success </li><li>Manages individual workload and delivers against agreed upon project milestones </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology or equivalent work experience </li><li>3+ years of experience managing projects </li><li>5+ years of experience with managing HR Initiatives and projects for of HR System </li></ul> <p>Desired Characteristics:</p> <ul> <li>Certifications in HR and/or Project Management preferred </li><li>PROSCI experience and/or Certification preferred </li><li>Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products and Project Management software </li><li>Solid project management skills while managing multiple, concurrent projects </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and team skills, ability to communicate well with individuals, and in group settings, ability to communicate with diverse population and people from various backgrounds in a consultative manner </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication, ability to make presentations to various groups </li><li>Experience preparing project dashboards and status reports for stakeholders and senior leaders </li><li>Proven business analysis, requirements gathering and process engineering skills </li><li>Solid analytical, critical evaluation and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent conflict management skills </li><li>Exceptional decision-making skills and ability to use professional judgment </li><li>High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines </li><li>Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in performing work duties </li><li>Highly organized and ability to balance multiple assignments of competing priorities while managing to meet forecasted target dates </li><li>Strategic thinker who can connect the dots and ask the right questions </li></ul> <p>Eligibility Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be willing to work overtime when required </li><li>Must be willing to travel for work related business if necessary </li></ul> <p>Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the, Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of three days per week.</p> <p>This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
