<p>Financial Services</p> <p>24 Months contract</p> <p>$60/hr. on W2 - $65/hr. on W2</p> <p>Charlotte, NC</p> <p>Product Business Analyst</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>JIRA (Critical Responsibility)</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding the Jira process as outlined for the team, including best practices, capturing key reporting and query field values</p> </li><li> <p>Tracking Status in Jira for Features, Stories, Tasks an Issues using manual queries and reports</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation / Business Requirements Writing (Critical Responsibility)</p> </li><li> <p>Participating in key requirement discussions to understand the and note down Key decision, Action Items, Key Requirements and make notes during the meeting</p> </li><li> <p>Converting Meeting Notes into relevant requirement documentation working closely with Product Manager/Lead</p> </li><li> <p>Taking Initiative to Follow up with specific team on Open items, using chat, or setting up specific topic calls to get them to closure</p> </li><li> <p>Creating simple flowcharts based on the discussion around Ops Process or System processing requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Meeting Agenda Management</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Product Leads and Subject Matter Experts to create detailed meeting agendas to ensure all critical topics are addressed</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate agendas during calls, ensuring discussions remain on track and objectives are met</p> </li><li> <p>Work ahead of meetings to collaborate with resources, ensuring they provide updates and relevant materials prior to scheduled calls</p> </li><li> <p>Meeting Minutes</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately transcribe detailed meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items with precision</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure minutes are documented and distributed promptly, serving as a single source of truth for meeting outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Please note: Unfortunately transcribing from recordings is not possible</p> </li><li> <p>Task Follow-Up</p> </li><li> <p>Actively follow up with task owners to ensure timely progress and completion of assigned tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and escalate blockers to appropriate stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain detailed PowerPoint and Excel reports on task progress, initiative status, and key milestones for both task-level and initiative-level tracking</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge Base Management</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a centralized repository of questions, decisions, and recurring topics for easy reference and continuity</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly update and curate the knowledge base to ensure relevance and accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Strong MS Office (higher than intermediate expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Essential Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to facilitate meetings and create comprehensive and detailed meeting minutes</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in PowerPoint, and inherent attention to detail. for maintaining clear and professional presentation materials</p> </li><li> <p>Strong task management and organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent follow-up capabilities to ensure task owners meet deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in project management, coordination or similar roles is beneficial but not required</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in a financial services environment is advantageous but not mandatory</p> </li><li> <p>Years of Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Not a determining factor; demonstrated capability in the above areas is the key criterion</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $60/hr. on W2 - $65/hr. on W2</p> <p>The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labour in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
