<p>Hilton Grand Vacation is looking for its next leader to join us in taking our Mountain Loft In-House Sales Team to higher levels. You'll play a pivotal role in leading a team of Sales Professionals.</p> <p>The Director of Sales provides ongoing support to the HGV VP of Sales and is responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating sales activities for our team in conjunction with our partnering peer Directors of Sales. This role is perfect for an established leader seeking the next step in their industry career. We believe in building a team for success; therefore, you MUST have at least 2 years of manager-level or above timeshare experience prior to submitting your resume.</p> <p>Attain sales objectives and bottom-line profit.</p> <p>Maintain the company's minimum sales performance standards.</p> <p>Set clear, well-defined, and reasonable goals for each associate, and oversee staff in developing sales strategies to meet those goals.</p> <p>Hire, recruit, train, and develop staff.</p> <p>Conduct performance appraisals, counseling, and coaching sessions.</p> <p>Handle disciplinary action and or terminations.</p> <p>Assist sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation and explanation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions.</p> <p>Responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted expectations by maximizing sales opportunities while controlling commissions and administrative costs.</p> <p>Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.</p> <p>Motivating and mentoring the sales team to achieve budgeted sales goals.</p> <p>Assisting with and conducting sales and training meetings (one-on-one and group).</p> <p>Ensuring that management and staff are aware of and adhere to all HGV's HR policies and procedures.</p> <p>Maintain excellent customer service.</p>
