<p>TO: All Teaching and Administrative Personnel Brockton Public Schools</p> <p>FROM: Dr. Kathleen Moran, Executive Director of Human Resources</p> <p>RE: 2026 PreK and K Extended School Year Program</p> <p>Teaching, Support, and Related service providers</p> <p>The following summer positions are being advertised for Special Education Extended School Year Summer Programs, pending approval of the FY27 school department budget.</p> <p>DATES OF ESY PROGRAM: JULY 6 to August 6 (Times vary depending on position)</p> <p>LOCATION: Kennedy Elementary</p> <p>SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS (8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.) (Up to 30.) Preference will be given to teachers with experience in working with students with autism spectrum disorder, emotional impairments, city resource room, life skills, and integrated teachers.</p> <p>PARAPROFESSIONALS (8:45 a.m.- 1:15 p.m.) (Up to 90, including 1:1) Preference will be given to paraprofessionals with experience working at the Pre-K/K level in substantially separate and integrated classrooms.</p> <p>RELATED SERVICE PROVIDERS: (8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.) 2 BCBA; 1 Therapeutic Support, 1 SLP/SLPA; 1 OT/OTA; 1 Adapted Phys Ed Teacher</p> <p>Teachers and related service providers: Up (22) days, 5 hrs/day at contract rate oTeacher preparation and planning hours must be approved by ESY Coordinator</p> <p>Support staff: 21 days, 4.5 hrs/day at contract rate Van monitor is per hour rate</p> <p>All Staff must have an updated CORI on file and may be required to complete the following duties: Lifting & Toileting</p> <p>Funding: Local</p> <p>Compensation: According to BEA Contract</p> <p>Refer any questions to Jami Langley, Associate Director of Exceptional Learning</p>
