Strong written and verbal skills are essential. </li><li>Training/teaching abilities in a work setting. Exceptional skills in inter-personal relationships and a sincere concern for others. </li><li>Managerial skills, including the ability to organize and supervise staff. </li><li>Ability to work with advisers, parents and other staff. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Membership in a Greek organization is preferred. Experience in areas of property management or campus housing is highly preferred.
