<p>Product Strategy's mission is to "shape the best strategic direction for Meta". We enable Meta to most effectively allocate resources, both within and across product portfolios, by providing a holistic understanding of our products, markets, and opportunities to service customer needs. We then translate this into actionable recommendations for our long-term product roadmaps, and work with Product, Engineering and other cross-functional leaders to maximize impact for Meta. They will partner with cross-functional teams or executives, and communicate their insights and recommendations to product leaders and executives.</p> <p>Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, finance, business operations, corporate strategy, investment banking, product management, or similar Quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen Experience structuring and solving product problems, and influencing product decisions to move insights to action Successful candidates for this position will have or develop an understanding of the product landscape, including trends, players, technologies, and underlying dynamics Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience in digital advertising and monetization, or the consumer internet space, including social, communications, media, and entertainment verticals, or in the AI space, or in consumer electronics hardware and/or emerging technologies (wearables, AR/VR technologies) and platforms. 7+ years of experience in Business Strategy and/or Product Management at leading or startup tech/media company and/or strategy consulting 3+ years of experience leading strategy projects at a consulting firm, investment bank, or in a corporate strategy team Master's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline Experience and desire to work in a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment</p> <p>Responsibilities: Build a solid understanding of our existing business using internal and external data Strategically evaluate new product opportunities, and how they fit into a product portfolio Work with cross-functional partners (Product, Data Science, Engineering, User Research, Marketing, Finance, Legal etc.) to surface opportunities and threats, outline data-tactical decisions, and frame actionable product recommendations Effectively present and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to executives, product and business leaders, and cross-functional partners, in order to influence product roadmap decisions</p>
