Days are flexible</p> <p>Per Diem Social Worker Capital Region, The Community Hospice has a per diem opportunity for a social worker to join our hospice care team caring for patients in the Capital region as part of our Interdisciplinary Team in homes and Nursing homes. As a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team, the primary focus is to respond to the emotional and psychological needs of patients, families and staff. Position is Per diem Monday- Friday 8a-4:30p. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
