From inception to completion, we believe in creative innovation and utilize advanced technologies to deliver projects on time and on budget.</p> <p>Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent</p> <p>As a Laborer (Union) at Lunda Construction, reporting to the Foreman or Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to:</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in the assembly and disassembly of concrete formwork and falsework</p> </li><li> <p>Place, consolidate, and rough finish concrete</p> </li><li> <p>Operate a concrete vibrator, jack hammer, mortar mixer, concrete saw, concrete drill, and aerial lift</p> </li><li> <p>Erect temporary handrails, platforms, and associated safety related structures</p> </li><li> <p>Perform a variety of tasks involving hand and power tools</p> </li><li> <p>Unload, handle, and stockpile material to maintain a safe and orderly job site</p> </li><li> <p>Wear a half or full-face respirator for respiratory silica protection throughout the workday.</p> </li><li> <p>Climb forms, ladders, and traverse rough terrain</p> </li><li> <p>Lift and carry up to 75lbs unassisted</p> </li><li> <p>Work from elevated decks, platforms, and aerial equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as required</p> </li><li> <p>Please note: Training is available through the Union if all requirements are not met.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>One (1) year laborer experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated</p> </li><li> <p>Problem solver</p> </li><li> <p>Dedicated</p> </li><li> <p>Strict attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Availability for some nights and weekends</p> </li><li> <p>Availability to work some overtime, as required</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold weather</p> </li><li> <p>Team player - ability to work as a team</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to pass initial and random drug tests</p> </li><li> <p>Driver's license and reliable transportation required</p> </li></ul> <p>Lunda Construction builds extraordinary projects, which need exceptional talent.
