Our five core values drive everything we do:</p> <p>Integrity • Intensity • Innovation • Involvement • Impact</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Set up, operate, and monitor rewinder machinery for optimal performance</p> </li><li> <p>Load materials, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment for production runs</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect materials and monitor output to ensure quality and accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Track inventory and manage work-in-progress materials</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot minor issues and perform routine maintenance</p> </li><li> <p>Train and support Rewind Assistants and new crew members</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace</p> </li><li> <p>Complete production and quality documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and quality teams</p> </li><li> <p>Fill in on additional duties as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 2-4 years' experience operating a rewinder</p> </li><li> <p>Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and time management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to safety and quality standards</p> </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love Working at ProAmpac</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work Half the Year!
