Our one-record solution combines the power of a fully integrated single-record database, personalized communication tools, and an elegant architecture that is unique in our industry.</p> <p>We are a growing, values-led community of employees in the US, UK and Australia who share a vision to unify school communities, improve the quality of education, and enhance learning.</p> <p>Veracross is five product brands in one global tech company</p> <ul> <li>Veracross SIS is a one-person, one-record school management platform </li><li>Magnus Health provides cloud-based Student Health Record (SHR) solutions </li><li>Digistorm connects with their communities through Digistorm Websites, Digistorm Funnel, and Digistorm Apps. </li><li>Epraise incentivizes student well-being and connects teachers, students, and families. </li><li>Firefly provides an online learning space for students and teachers </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review customer contracts for application of appropriate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 </li><li>Create and maintain complex revenue recognition contract templates which capture total contract value, billings, the standard selling price allocation and revenue recognized </li><li>Analyze billing and software go-live data to support proper revenue recognition </li><li>Prepare revenue journal entries and deferred revenue balance sheet account reconciliations and rollforwards and analysis of unusual or significant changes </li><li>Assist with updating and maintaining the revenue recognition policy memo and the standalone selling price analysis </li><li>Assist with the improvement of revenue recognition processes and controls through cross-functional interactions with sales and implementation teams </li><li>Support Financial Planning and Analysis team with revenue forecasting and delivering revenue metrics and reporting </li><li>Support the maintenance of accurate customer product and contract records in Salesforce CPQ </li><li>Support the annual external audit </li></ul>
