Del Monte Foods has a powerful portfolio of brands, including the iconic Del Monte, Contadina and S&W. We are currently seeking a National Account Manager - Walmart. The National Account Manager - Walmart will be responsible for the successful achievement of the ongoing Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, and Shelving objectives established each fiscal year for the accounts within their responsibility. This position will focus on further developing DMC Foods Inc. base business and play a role to develop growth initiatives, strategies, and tactics for emerging categories.</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <p>Achieve Fiscal Year Financials</p> <ul> <li>Direct and deliver key financial metrics versus AOP sales with an aligned trade spend plan </li></ul> <p>In-Market Execution and Customer Development</p> <ul> <li>Develop customer specific objectives in support of the Company's strategic plan </li><li>Achieve new item, assortment, pricing, and merchandising objectives set forth for specific customer objectives </li></ul> <p>Direct and Drive JBP Partnerships at Appropriate Levels of Customers</p> <ul> <li>Merchandising - Achieve annual and key event merchandising objectives </li><li>New Items - Deliver new item objectives </li><li>Pricing - Manage everyday pricing within Go to Market Strategy (GTMS) </li><li>GDPs - Grow GDPs/maintain share of GDPs => than SOM (Key Segments) </li><li>Execute assortment and shelving initiatives/customer category reviews to improve shelf presence </li><li>Drive market share in select categories and sub-categories in line with Corporate objectives </li><li>Omni marketing program coordination where applicable </li><li>Effectively engage and leverage cross functional resources (Customer Strategy & Development, Omni Activation, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to exceed/achieve business objectives with assigned customers </li></ul> <p>Capabilities</p> <ul> <li>Own development of business utilizing cross-functional resources such as Category Management & Insights, Shopper Marketing, Customer Finance and Business Intelligence Analytics to drive volume and share growth </li><li>Leverage Customer Strategy & Development to translate, integrate, and activate consumer strategies into key customer-level business plans </li></ul> <p>Customer Meeting Support</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and attend sales/review/innovation presentations at Customers </li><li>Collaborate with Category Management and Customer Strategy & Development to deliver best-in class presentation materials and insights for business meetings </li><li>Cadence with Category Managers, Coordinators, Directors and other key functional partners </li></ul> <p>Minimum Skills Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>3 - 4 years of region (or HQ) retail sales experience in CPG industry </li><li>2+ years of relevant experience in Sales Org (Sales Analytics; Category Insights/Analytics) </li><li>Development & Execution of AOPs, JBPs, Trade </li><li>Fund Management </li><li>Proficiency in IRI/Nielsen, Circana & Retail Link </li><li>Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Walmart experience </li><li>Please note: This position does not qualify for relocation expenses. * </li></ul> <p>Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is a global leader in the production, distribution, and marketing of fresh and fresh-cut fruits and vegetables.
